YardSwaps is a marketplace for buying and selling used industrial and commercial equipment. Listing is free, and every deal is a local pickup between buyer and seller.

The company behind YardSwaps is based in El Paso, Texas. We build and run the website and the iPhone and Android apps. YardSwaps launched in 2026.

  • Commercial equipment from businesses across industries that close, move or upgrade.

How a deal works

  1. Find a listing, then message the seller or send an offer.
  2. Agree on a price, a time and a place to meet.
  3. Inspect the equipment and run it before you pay.
  4. Pick it up and confirm the handoff in the app.

How we keep deals safe

  • Local pickup only. You see the equipment and run it before any money changes hands.
  • We never hold your money. Buyer and seller settle up at pickup.
  • Only a buyer who confirmed the deal in the app can review the seller. Reviews posted automatically are labeled.
  • From any listing you can report it, report the seller or block them. Reports go to our team.
Verified Dealer means the business is on an active dealer plan and has confirmed its phone number.
Verified seller means the seller confirmed a phone number with a text code, or our team marked the account verified.
Neither badge is an ID check or an inspection of the equipment.

YardSwaps is not a party to the sale. We do not own, inspect or guarantee listed equipment. Read the safety disclaimer before you meet.

How YardSwaps is paid for

  • Listing and browsing are free. There is no selling fee.
  • Sellers can boost a listing ahead of unboosted ones in Suggested results: $2.99 for 1 day, $7.99 for 3 days or $14.99 for 7 days.
  • YardSwaps Pro is $9.99/mo for unlimited AI scans.
  • Businesses get a free storefront. The dealer plan is $49/mo and adds the Verified Dealer badge. See dealer accounts.
