- How long does a listing stay up?
- Until you mark it sold or take it down. You will get a reminder if a listing goes quiet, with price guidance from comparable sales.
- How do offers work?
- Buyers can message you or send an offer. You accept, counter or decline in the app. You can set an auto-accept floor so strong offers close while you are on a job.
- Who handles pickup?
- The buyer does. YardSwaps is local pickup only: you set the location, the buyer comes to you, and you both confirm the handoff in the app.
- What should I do at handoff?
- Meet somewhere you control, let the buyer inspect and run the unit, and take payment before it leaves. Never release equipment on a promise to pay later.
